Balance Financial Services was founded by Bailey Lettner after she realized the growing need for small to mid-size companies to outsource back office accounting. Many companies do not have the need for a fulltime accounting position, but the owners do not have the time to handle these tasks.
After graduating with her BS in Accounting from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Bailey worked in the accounting department of an advertising company for over 5 years while also completing an MBA from UTC. She then accepted an opportunity as VP of Operations at an equipment dealership.
After having her first son, she made the decision to leave her VP position to do something that would provide more flexibility. She has been providing back office accounting services for small to mid-size businesses for over 5 years.
Having worked in both the financial and operational side of businesses, Bailey brings a unique perspective to business owners. Our goal at Balance Financial Services is to allow you to focus on what you do best, running your business, while we handle the financial tasks.
